I created Sanctuary Within for women like me, who've felt lost somewhere along the way.
For years, I watched women carry the weight of the world on their shoulders - exhausted, stressed, and desperately needing to rest.
I knew I wanted to create a space where they could finally just stop and breathe.
Every session I offer is guided by intuition and grounded in holistic wisdom. I listen to what your body, mind, and spirit are asking for, and tailor each treatment to meet you exactly where you are.
Whether this is your first step toward healing or you've been walking this path for years, I'm honoured to walk beside you.

Q: What should I expect in my first session? A: You'll be welcomed into a calm, private space. We'll chat briefly about what you need, then you'll relax on a wide, comfortable therapy bed while I create a bespoke treatment just for you. Every session is different, guided by what you need most.
